OK, so you've got a great new CD or want to
make one. Here's a CD checklist, and some
hints on what to do next:

You'd like to work with RHG Publicity to get the PR train rolling:

1. If you haven't already, send me a copy of your CD (burned version is fine). Mail it to me at: Liz Winchester, PO Box 939, Cherryville, PA 18035-0939. I won't work with any client until I have heard their CD!!

2. Once I've listened to the CD, we can discuss the timeline of CD release / tour. If my schedule permits, & if I REALLY like your CD, then we can talk about moving forward. Don't be afraid to call or write to follow up on your CD.

3. After we have discussed our working together & determined the timeline, I will need the number of CDs that we've agreed to send out to press &/or radio. Make sure the barcodes are punched, and the shrink wrap removed. Otherwise, there's an extra charge to process them (see SERVICES page).

4. There should be one sheets provided by the artist/label to send out with the CDs. Printing costs for the one sheets are the responsibility of the artist or label. If you like, I can help design your one sheets, at NO extra cost. If you choose to have me print the one-sheets, then you will be responsible for reimbursement.

5. An advance for postage will be required before mailing out CDs. Please discuss with me the estimated postage costs, before sending anything to me.
